Michel Lasalle, Ing., d.s.a. is a seasoned management consultant with expertise in strategic planning, marketing and business development, product positioning and market analysis.
Throughout his 40 plus years in business, Michel has acquired strong capabilities in developing and implementing business plans, which have triggered significant growth in client companies. He is highly skilled at assessing the capabilities of the business planning process and the critical assumptions that underpin any business plan.
Michele has also proven, time-and-again, his ability to identify deficiencies in the channel-to-work flow, and to work with clients’ key resources in order to achieve results despite limited authority.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from École Polytechnique and a diploma in Administrative Sciences from Hautes Études Commerciales (both schools are linked with the Université de Montréal). Michele has completed the E-Commerce Strategy Program at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, and as a member of the board of directors of several companies based in Québec and Ontario, he actively contributes to support the business development objectives of these organizations.
